Reproduction process: egg production from spawning stock biomass.

Also handles age increment for all schools (Java side-effect of reproduction).

apply_stock_recruitment(linear_eggs, ssb, ...)	Apply per-species density-dependent stock-recruitment.
reproduction(state, config, step, rng[, ...])	Produce eggs from mature schools and increment age for all schools.
