osmose.forcing.grid_upsample¶
Block-replicate an (nlat,nlon) OCCUPANCY array to (nlat*f,nlon*f). For movement maps / masks / fishing-distribution maps ({-99,0,weight}) — NOT absolute biomass (use osmose/forcing/conserve_regrid for those).
